Based on our experience, it is our firm belief and philosophy that Adult Children of Alcoholics can be brought to full recovery.
Through the counseling experience, clients regain control of their lives, discover choices never seen before, and learn the joy of accepting love and living life to the fullest.
Did you know that you have been programmed from childhood? The reality is that we all have been programmed. We did not choose our program, we absorbed it. As a child we make decisions about who we are, how people are and how the world is. These decisions were never questioned or even realized and many of our beliefs are self-defeating. Rarely does anything change these beliefs unless they are identified and challenged. The Adult Children Center has been helping people identify and challenge their beliefs for over 27 years.
We started out working with people from chemically dependent families but we have now extended this approach to anyone who is unhappy or uncomfortable and wants to change to living life comfortably and to the fullest.
