 1. I feel all alone in this world.  

 2. If you really knew me, you wouldn’t like me

 3. No matter what I do, it is never good enough. 

 4. I’m different in a negative way.  

 5. I’m not special.  

 6. I must avoid all feelings. 

 7. I confuse fear with excitement. 

 8. I’m unlovable. 

 9. I must be perfect or I am nothing. 

10. Rarely do I ever get what I want.  

11. Home is scary and unsafe.

12. I’m powerless to make an impact. 

13. I must never rock the boat or something bad will happen. 

14. The only way people will like me is if I make them happy.
15.   I feel like I'm on the outside looking in.
16.   I can never relax.
17.   No one knows how I truly feel.
18.   I  must avoid making people angry at all costs.
19.   I confuse being relaxed and comfortable as boring.
